"𝐇𝐑 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧" is an annual competition organized by the 𝐑𝐌𝐈𝐓 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛, aimed at providing students in the Southern region with the opportunity to explore various aspects of Human Resource Management, while honing their hard and soft skills. HR Visionaries 2024, the third season of the competition, is designed around the theme of 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥-𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠, capturing evolving HR trends within the context of the corporate milieu. Through this year's competition, participants will gain valuable insights and practical knowledge that will contribute to their personal and professional growth in the HR field.
